IT HAD BEEN A WHILE SINCE I VISTED PORT DE POLLENSA, IT REMAINS A NICE PLACE TO VISIT, NICE WALKS, PLENTY OF ESTABLISHED PLACES TO EAT, GOOD TRANSPORT CONNECTIONS. THERE HAS BEEN LOTS OF DEVELOPMENTS IN THE TOWN, BUT MAINLY TASTEFULLY DONE, THE BEACH AND BAY AREA REMAINS A POSITIVE. APRIL SEEMS TO MAKE THE AREA A HAVEN CYCLISTS.

So very convenient to the pool, to the gorgeous beach and numerous shops and restaurants. We are cyclists and found these apartments perfect for storing our bikes as well as embarking on numerous cycling routes. The staff are wonderful!AAnonymous - 10Scored 10

Quiet seaside area with attractive houses and small apartment blocks. Plenty of trees and flowers. Easily reached from the main road, but very quiet. Bus services seem good, but we used our hire car. An hour's drive from the airport, but bus journey probably involves a change.

This is a beautiful resort and we have stayed here many times. The place is quite chilled. It is suited to all ages really - lots of families as has a very safe feel to it. Lots of couples and groups of cyclists. There are so many nice places to eat. The beach is picturesque and is big so plenty of spaces to find somewhere to sit. It is a popular resort so I would recommend booking well in advance for peak season times and this includes restaurant reservations as they get busy!GillUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10

A beautiful location, as long as you get the weather which you usually do. I've been quite a few times now and we have usually been lucky with the weather. If you're not doing the Mallorca 312 then I would suggest going on a different week than the two that the event is in the middle of. There are plenty of good bars and excellent restaurants, supermarkets are good if you are self catering.

It’s a low-key resort with beautiful and dramatic backdrop...
It’s a low-key resort with beautiful and dramatic backdrop of mountains. The resort itself is mainly very flat, making it accessible to all ages. Two main beach areas: the narrow but very beautiful beaches on the Pine Walk, and the wide sandy Tamarells beach in the newer part of the resort. These are very clean and safe for kids. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops but not a place for night life - it’s most suited to couples and families with children. The resort has also become very popular with groups of cyclists in recent years.

It was the standard of a 2 star possibly 3 star hotel, not what we were paying. We had no balcony and the bathroom door could not open fully as the toilet blocked it. We brought our complaint to the reception and they moved us to another room which matched what we were paying & what you should get at 4 star Hotel. The staff at reception were very accommodating and friendly with us. They are a credit to the Hotel.

Apartment very clean and comfortable with lovely homely touches. Near to the beach and a jetty out front that you can swim from. We enjoyed the walk along the sea front to get into the busy part of resort. Lovely shop and restaurant just at the back of apartment and short walk to Illa D’or hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive. The location was perfect, right on the waterfront. The surprise that really drove this positive review is the breakfast was great! I'm a cyclist and the breakfast was much better than a North American style continental of buffet breakfast. The pool area is nice, large and not overly crowded; there are a lot of comfotable lounge-bed around the area with shade which are great for relaxing. The management was flexible with our booking.
