Wish they had a to go option to the room, people with families can benefit with this option.

Location is excellent. Close to the airport. Room is very spacious and clean. We were surprised that there is no to go option available. Only dine in option is available and food is very good. Good vegetarian options. There is breakfast available for a fee. Also have shuttle option to the airport. Since we had family and bags we had to travel via a taxi. Our room had the bunk bed option and my kids were very happy to explore them. Overall a safe and good stay!

To access the place, you need to take Shuttle or taxi. Consider adding 10 Euros (2 way access to Airport) to the total amount.

This is hostel rather than a hotel; however it is the best hostel I have ever stayed so far. It is clean and quite bedroom with spacious bed. The breakfast is also fine.

that there is no consistense when it is said that the transportation is going to be refunded as it is a sort or copay to ensure no damage is done to the property... and the you end up charging 35 Eu for transportation...

My heating wasn't working and I asked it to be fixed. Nothing was done. Luckily I was comfortable in a cool room.

I paid for a late check out but the cleaner came in while I was in the shower, and then I got locked out. It was a simple admin error.

The manager Dylan was amazing. He treated me like I’d booked into the Ritz. The room was very small but clean and secure.

Shuttle bus only runs at certain times so I had to get a taxi to the hotel and pre book the shuttle back to the airport despite not knowing what time I'd want to leave due to limited availability

After landing at the airport, I had difficulty in reaching the helpdesk. But the Airport helpdesk informed me the shuttle service is closed. So I had to take a taxi to the place.

Hostel was clean & Helpdesk was friendly. Place is nice within budget for a short stay near the airport .

We paid £54 for a night and was not expecting a lot for the price..but was pleasantly surprised. Staff polite The room was clean Good clean area to sit and relax. Breakfast looked good but we did not take it as we was did not have time. Would book again

Very close to the airport that is important when you come in the late evening. Good breakfast and comfortable transfer to the airport in the morning. It was warm inside that is important for cold nights.

Location was a bit difficult to get to as we did not know where to find the shuttle from the airport.

Suggest to arrive before 23h30 because they have few staffs to accommodate at the reception.

The location is not far from Paris CDG airport. The room is clean and nice. The breakfast is also good.

I booked the shuttle to the airport in the morning through a form that I received by email, but when I arrived at the hotel there was nothing booked and all the shuttles for the time I needed were full. Luckily, I got an Uber for about 12 euros to the airport. Tip: if you arrive after 22pm and can not use the shuttle, don’t try to get an Uber or other app car, they will not accept it and will you take you a long time trying. Go directly to the place reserved for taxis. Do not listen to the guys that will approach you before you get near the taxis, they will overcharge you. A ride for the hotel should cost 20 euros max. Go to the guy with the green jacket and he will guide you to an official taxi. They accept cards.

Very close to the airport, great for an overnight stay. Spacious room for a solo traveler, very clean. Decent breakfast.

On the email, it comes across that there are shuttle buses running every 30 minutes, and from 5pm you do not need a reservation. I got in at 8.30am and thought I would be able to get a shuttle bus, but then I saw on their website that the shuttle times were actually only from 5pm. So the shuttle bus information could have been clearer. It would have been nice if the room was a bit bigger, but it wasn't too much of a problem. We were only there for one night and also happy to be able to sleep after a long flight!

The staff were great. Facilities made the stay feel more comfortable and exciting. Safe and clean room.

We have stayed at Eklo numerous times and it is convenient. No frills. The lounge area is terrific. Breakfast is great. I like that it is convenient to walk into Roissy for dinner.
