Brakanes Hotel is located on the shores of the Hardanger Fjord in Ulvik. The hotel restaurant features a buffet and a la carte menu of local dishes. Free WiFi is included. Very Silent and Peaceful location. I just could not get enough of the view. It had an apple tree outside our Balcony. Dinner was Super expensive, I will not say no, but the chef is top. Always ask for a Table Fan which will be given to you on request, as u will need 1 for slight air circulation in the room….coz u will need to shut the windows coz of the outside noise and mosquitoes sometimes.…or else u might feel stuffy or sweaty in the middle of the night…..this is a tip to be used in the whole of Norway.

Šis šeimai priklausantis viešbutis įsikūręs šalia Hardangerio fjordo, už 5 minučių kelio pėsčiomis nuo Ulviko kaimelio. Nice hotel with comfy beds and beautiful landscape, size of family room and bath good. Staff very friendly. Facilities with good options close to sentrum and perfect breaksfast with good taste. All was great.

With an idyllic location by the Hardangerfjord, this elegant hotel features traditional décor, a waterfront garden and free Wi-Fi. The impressive Steinsdalsfossen Waterfall is a 5-minute drive away. Loved the charm and character of the building and its location. Superb view of the fjord and the beautiful town. Staff very friendly and co-operative, and while I appreciate that we chose to be in the older part of the building, there could have been an offer to carry bags for older visitors.
