Located 47 km from Addo National Elephant Park, Harmony Luxury Tented Camp offers accommodation with free WiFi and seating area. We stayed at Harmony in the off season and we were actually the only ones there. Apart from the beautiful tent and view from the tent, we could see so many starts and the entire milkiway from our balcony, which was mesmerizing. Apart from all of that Mike is a very nice host and we had some good talks, he made us lovely dinner and breakfast and helped us if needed and provided recommendations and directions.

The highlight was the tranquillity and nature of the accommodation. It is also very beautiful, stylish and cozy. We immediately felt at home. Ingrid is a brilliant hostess and gives good advice. She is very friendly and helpful. Both breakfast and dinner are delicious. Even though the access road to the lodge is a bit long, you can easily reach activities such as Addo and Schotia Safari.

Set against a cliff above the Bushman's River valley, Woodbury Lodge is located in the malaria-free area of the Amakhala Game Reserve. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food wonderful, game drives superb (thanks Nico). The whole ambiance was relaxing, you were made to feel so welcome and cause of its smaller size, it was quite intimate. The pools and decking area are fantastic as are the views.

Overlooking a valley, this safari-themed guest house offers 4-star accommodation in the Eastern Cape Province. Relaxation options include a seasonal outdoor pool. My second stay at Valley Bushveld and it was even better than I remembered. It was out of peak season so very quiet, I think we were the only guests. We had evening meal both nights and this was very well prepared. Breakfast also was excellent, plenty of choice and freshly cooked. Visited Addo which was again superb. Then on our second day had an early morning walk around the grounds and managed to get a good sighting of the giraffes as well as other wildlife. The room we were in had been renovated since my last stay and was fabulous. Will definitely visit again.

Providing mountain views, Lalibela Game Reserve Lentaba Safari Lodge in Paterson provides accommodation, a restaurant, an outdoor swimming pool, a bar and a terrace. We had a wonderful stay. The accomodation was very nice, the staff was friendly and helpful and the safari was fantastic! We hope to be able to return soon again.

Located within the Amakhala Game Reserve, Tygerfontein Safari Villa offers accommodation in Greater Addo, 32 km from Addo Elephant National Park. Amazing "character" filled house. It was like staying as a guest in a fully furnished mansion of the early 1900's. A place of stories, family portraits and mystery. Every room filled with fascinating personal family memorabilia.
