The staff was very nice and responsive but their facilities were extremely limited and they couldn't assist with a number of things. For instance, absolutely no early check in and they had no mail service or drop box for postcards etc. They were able to call us a taxi, however.

Easy walking distance to lots of pubs and restaurants, and you can walk to the Guinness Storehouse in about 20 min if you want. Modern, well appointed room and a great shower with a rain-style head. It allows a person to travel by bus from the airport and simply walk a very short distance from Heuston to the hotel (about 200 yards.) The hotel itself is very near all of the Hop-on-Hop-off bus pickup and drop off points. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfasts are exceptional. This was my second stay and I would return in a heart beat.

Despite the lively location, the room was surprisingly quiet. The corner king room was spacious by city-center standards. The shower and water pressure was first rate. Room and rest of the hotel were very clean.
