Highly recommend staying here while you visit Bled. We stayed in the Studio apartment - 2 adults and small child. The house and apartment are the cleanest I’ve ever seen. Bed is comfortable, air conditioning works great, bathroom is spacious. Bedroom isn’t huge but we didn’t feel crowded since there is a small kitchen as well. The kitchen was very well equipped - everything you need to cook on the stove, plus coffee maker (and coffee), microwave, kettle, toaster, etc. The best part about staying is the kindness of the owner - she took the time to give lots of tips for sites to see, restaurants, and signed us up for an Alpine card which gives you discounts and deals around town. It’s about 15min walk to the Center of Bled, maybe 30min up to the castle. Even with our kid we chose to walk since traffic and parking are tricky.

Everything was ideal. Janja is a warm-hearted hostess of ideal studios and apartments. The are comfy. There is a firm and a fluffy pillow. The kitchen is stocked for cooking. The bathroom has plenty of towels and a heated rack so they are toasty. It’s on a quiet street in walking distance to the store, restaurants, and the sights.

Perfect stay in Bled! Thank you, definitely recommend. The location is perfect, a short (less10 min) walk to the lake, store nearby, quiet beautiful area! The host is very welcoming, explains a lot of interests and helps having a great time. One minute away field for dog runs, photo attached. I would return for sure.

The owner was super friendly and in the first few minutes of our stay gave us a map of the area and showed us places to go for free/with a discount and recommended some very good restaurants to us. As for the area, everything was in a walking distance from the house and at the same time, far away enough from the crowds (which there are plenty in summer time!). We had a room with a balcony which we used a lot. The room is rather small but has everything you might need. You can use a fridge and a kitchen in common areas, a plus was a coffee machine in the kitchen.. We did not mind the close proximity to the main road as we really did not hear any noise from there. Also, there is a parking space right in front of the house. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Bled and would definitely come back again to these apartments.

Everything but especially the very kind, helpful, amazing, funny and always busy host Janja. She welcomes everyone with open arms and she gives you many recommendations on where to eat, to visit and what to do in and around Bled. You also get a Julian Alps Card (you can store it on your wallet on your iPhone atleast that’s what I did). The card gives you discounts and freebies. I’d recommend eating a nice pizza at Pizzeria Briksen and also try the cream cake ice cream. And obviously the original Bled cream cake. Warning: it is highly addictive and it will ruin your girlish figure. The nearest bus station is Bled Union. Also try the grilled meats at the nearby restaurant called Gostilna Union. This place is more Balkan style.
