Notice for Our Valued Guests: There is ongoing construction next door to our property from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. We have adjusted our prices accordingly to ensure your satisfaction amidst any potential disturbances and trust that you will enjoy immensely the beautiful sea less that 1 block away. Construction began next door March 16th, and is expected to be noisy through at least August, and possibly longer. Your comfort is our priority, and living on-site enables us to provide swift assistance should you need anything during your stay. We eagerly anticipate your arrival and the opportunity to extend our warm hospitality to you. Valentina Holbox Boutique hotel is located on the beautiful island of Holbox. Only one short block to the beach, the location is ideal. We offer Starlink Wi-Fi, although services are rustic on the island, typically it allows streaming and video calls. You must use the codes provided to enter, we do not have a reception desk. We DO NOT provide daily cleaning and change of linens. We do offer these services for stays of 3 or more days, please send a message in the platform if you need this service. There is a convenience store and several restaurants and beach clubs all within a block. You don't need to stay in the center to be close to everything. We are located one block to the beach, halfway between downtown and Punta Cocos, 15 minutes walking along the beach to the center. Enjoy the tranquil beach, with less people, and more natural wildlife.

The host of the property lives on site and is usually available for anything you need. We also have staff daily to offer free cleanings or towel changes for stays 3 days or more. Please do not hesitate to ask if you need anything at all.
