I love my housekeeper, she/he is great. They always twist my iphone charger cable too, which is a nice touch. There was this one staff who helped me with the gym, I couldn't get in, and she went with me to ensure I can get in. I'm very happy at the services and would come back!

The staff was extremely responsive and quick to attend to any request we made. The also gave us a very early check-in at a very affordable price. And the check in staff was polite&friendly. During our stay whenever we called housekeeping or room service they were very quick to respond. Breakfast was lovely too. We booked a suite so we had access to Sheraton lounge too and we had our breakfast there. Location was excellent too. Highly recommend this hotel

As one of the biggest cities in the world, Mexico City could be better described as an experience than a city. Founded in 1325 by the Aztecs as Tenochtitlan, it was both destroyed and rebuilt by the Spanish in the 16th century. Nowadays, it is the capital of the United Mexican States and its most important economic and cultural center.
The city center’s cornerstone is the famous Plaza de la Constitución, commonly called Zócalo. It's surrounded by the presidential Palacio Nacional and the Mexico City Metropolitan Cathedral.
The Avenida de la Reforma was built under the brief rule of Archduke Ferdinand Maximilian of Austria, while the deposed president Porfirio Díaz left a characteristic fusion of French-Mexican architecture. The 1960s saw a demographic explosion that only now is starting to be completely absorbed.
From the Chapultepec Parks and the chic Polanco, to the gay area of Zona Rosa and the Bohemian and intellectual Coyoacán: let Mexico City tell you its thousand secrets and stories.
Most of the hotels are located around the Reforma area, the Insurgentes Avenue and the Zócalo. If you’re looking for 5-star hotels in Mexico City, the modern Santa Fe area has a recently redeveloped business sector.

I love visiting Mexico City. I have taken two vacation trips there in the last year. It is comfortable for a visitor with minimal Spanish language (but still, you should try, at least a little!). So many interesting and unique aspects. World class museums, fabulous murals, amazing archaeological sites, intriguing markets, memorable restaurants & street food, Lucha Libre, Ballet Folklorico, and much more. Go to Tours by Locals and arrange some outstanding guided tours (I have done 7 of them in Mexico City).

We had a wonderful time and always felt safe.
We had a wonderful time and always felt safe. However, we stayed in a hotel on the main plaza (zócalo) and there was an incredible amount of police and private security presence. Our hotel (Gran Hotel) had its own vetted taxi service, which we used exclusively. The sights in the city and surroundings are just amazing. We spent two days in the National Museum of Anthropology and could have easily spent more (informative texts and artifacts for every pre-Hispanic culture in Mexico -- think Smithsonian or NYC natural history museum. Amazing cuisine, parks, pyramids, art galore -- don't miss the murals in the Palace of Fine Arts), and on and on. Incredible city, not to be missed. Get a good guide book and go!!

The pollution in the city was off the charts.
The pollution in the city was off the charts. I lost two days to feeling awful. Traffic is terrible. Don't bother with Museo Soumaya...great building, probably the worst curated (not really even curated) collections of art...plus a lot of marble reproductions. The other museums are terrific, Condesa is beautiful to walk around, one of the best food cities. Aside from negatives, loved Mexico City!

So much to see at Mexico City!
So much to see at Mexico City! Xochimilco, Ballon ride at Teotihuacán, Teotihuacan archeological site, Frida Kahlo museum… and so much more…
Uber there was very safe.
A great experience you shouldn’t miss.
Excellent location in Reforma, Mexico City. We stayed 4 night in a junior suite on the 2nd floor is quite quiet (except for the door banging sound from people closing the ice box door. Hotel serves average breakfast but it very generous as they let guest pack food away by providing boxes and bags for take away. The area is very safe to walk about even at night and is next to a shopping mall with plenty of ATMs, eating and shopping choices. It is also not far from Zocalo by car. Housekeeping is very good.
There is much to like about this boutique hotel. It’s a great location on the third floor of a cool shopping center next to the oldest park in the city. Easy and enjoyable walk to all that the centro histórico has to offer, and also easy access to La Reforma avenue. The staff is super attentive and friendly. Breakfasts is tasty and it was nice to meet other travelers over the table. Beds are comfortable. Nice views from the patio are and from some of the rooms.
It’s at a great intersection so you are steps away from Parc Gandhi (great for runners), and also a short bike ride or Uber away to condessa. And if you choose to stay in Polanco you are in a quiet area and can walk anywhere. The hotel is super chic, the amenities were great (I used the gym, the pool, and the fifth floor executive lounge). Everyone treats you so kindly and helpfully. The beds were so comfortable and the water pressure is good and gets very hot.
Located right in the middle of everything and close to the subway station, Bosque Chapultepec, and Paseo de la Reforma. I have been to this hotel few years ago and I was a little deceived with it but this time, I was amazed by all, they really improved and the staff is amazing. Great room, great mattress, great bed linen, the size of the room, great shower, hot water and really quiet even if close to all bars in Zona Rosa
The location, attached to the International Terminal at the Mexico City Airport, and near the buses, is perfect. It's easy to walk across the bridge to get food. There are restaurants in the hotel and nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful. The entry area is modern and attractive. Many conveniences are offered. Overall, it was fairly quiet, given the hotel is so near the airport.
Very stylish hotel in the Condesa area of Mexico City. Our rooms were very spacious, clean and luxurious and the beds were extremely comfortable. We were welcomed by Diego with a shot of Mexcal and both Diego and Ester were very helpful during our stay. The hotel was in easy walking distance of many cafes and restaurants and we felt very safe walking around the area even at night
I have already reviewed the hotel in detail for my other stay, a few days after this one and all I can say is that Camino Real Polanco offers a five stars service without pretentions, without useless ceremonies, it just does. Well maintained infrastructure and well trained and polite staff always wanting to help. CR is my home aways from home in Mexico City.
Great modern hotel, good breakfast, easy Uber to airport ($109. peso and 15 minutes). or metro station near by .Perfect location , 2 block walk to Garabaldi Plaza with many bars, lots of food options,, oxxo, and Mariachis. Large quiet, clean room with very comfortable beds, and best blackout curtains ever. 24 hour check in and security, great staff
Location is amazing, near reforma, city centre and 10 min drive to Roma and Condesa and you also have a pharmacy and convenient store near by. Room was modern and size was fine, bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was good for the price but don´t expect too much, however, near the hotel there are many places to eat for cheap.
Location was excellent in the Condesa district and everything was walkable. Staff was very welcoming and friendly which made our stay so much more enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The rooftop bar and pool was incredible, which kept both kids and parents happy. One of the best gyms I have been to in a hotel!
Great location in a quiet street in Polanco. Right across from Parque Lincoln, easy walk to restaurants, stores, and Avenida Reforma. The apartment is much nicer and convenient than a traditional hotel room. The kitchenette came in handy. In addition, the prices are lower than the "big 4" hotels in Polanco nearby.
Hotel Fontan location was key for us, located in Centro Historico, great location for walking to many site's, restaurants, transportation near by buses, metro sub, taxi's, hotel also provides there own taxi service which we use a couple of times, price was fair but we used Uber, which was cheaper.
This Boutique Hotel is a first class property, only 6 rooms means the level of service is exceptional.
Located in the heart of Mexico City, there is a beautiful restaurant, gift store and gallery on the premises.
It was a pleasure to stay at this property..
I really loved this serviced flat/ hotel. It's spacious and very well-designed. I love that it felt like a home - with a beautiful kitchen and wonderful views of a quiet street in Polanco. I highly recommend staying here.
This hotel is one of the best boutique hotels in Mexico City, beautiful and with the best service. It is located in the heart of Polanco, one of the best areas of the city, you have many restaurants and museums nearby.
Good hotel near Mexico City airport. Reception works 24x7, and they are very kind with the guests.
The room has a good space and good bed.
Good place for before your flight or rest after a long one.
I loved the location of the hotel in the heart of Polanco, an easy walk to shops and dining. I also loved the modern design of the interior. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Thanks!
