The apartment is very well located in an area surrounded by The Marriot, Nobu, Excelsior Hotel. If you like walking, you can walk everywhere. The only attraction a bit further is the Colosseum, 26mnts away ( depending on your walking speed). Everything else is a 15/20mnt walk, very doable. As a solo traveler, always felt very safe, both in the room and the area itself. Vicenzo is very helpful and gave the info needed for the stay and even booked the taxi for my very early departure. The room is perfectly adequate, with good water pressure in the shower, warm, and with netflix to relax at the end of the day. There is mentioned of a water kettle in the room, but is upon request.
