Spacious room in good location. Andrea was an amazing host and very helpful. The bathroom was great especially for Italian standards. Good water pressure. Spacious shower. Considering the price point we would definitely recommend Landlord. Another advantage is the elevator leading up to the property.

Comfortable room with everything we needed. The only thing to note is that there is a step to enter the room, one for the bathroom and one for the walk-in closet. There is a breakfast room with an ample supply of everything you might like for breakfast. The location is excellent: convenient to reach from the airport (train to tram); within the charming neighborhood of Trastevere where a short stroll leads you to interesting sights and many fantastic restaurants; and easy access to rest of Rome's sights by walking or taking public transportation. The host was very accessible and helpful. Note: there are a few steps when you enter the building before you access the elevator, which is a beautiful, small, old open-cage style elevator.

Really enjoyed the big spacious room. Very clean, the location is honestly for me amazing. Trastevere is such a cool place to stay, very lively and tons of good restaurants that are not tourists traps as in the city center. I can say that most of the time we would have a very enjoyable walk to the most famous landmarks. Andrea is a great host, making sure you have a comfortable stay . As well, very thoughtful by placing a prosecco in our fridge so we can cheer during NYE . The stay was great, and we will definitely come back.

Francesca was super helpful. Our flight arrived late and Francesca was sure to be available so that we were able to quickly get into the property. We were really tired and so we appreciated that!! There were also snacks and water in the room. That was awesome!!
