We are brother and sister, united by a passion, as well as for travel, for the city of Rome and its infinite beauties; each of us, for their own inclinations and skills, manages a different aspect of the activity: reservations, hospitality, tourist information, etc. Being in two allows us to guarantee the presence in the structure with continuity, to offer constant assistance to our guests.

Property info

Our structure has been recently renovated, which makes it modern and equipped with all comforts. Each of our rooms is actually a "suite": they are large, bright and quiet rooms, with an Italian double bed (1.60 m wide) and with the possibility of adding another bed, and each with its own private bathroom. Specifically: each room is equipped with heating and air conditioning, LED TV, free Wi-Fi, a corner for preparing hot drinks (tea, herbal teas, American coffee), mini fridge: all available for free and independently! The private bathroom, also large and comfortable, is equipped with a double shower, hairdryer and courtesy kit including three towels (towel, face and guest) for each guest. We welcome you, attentive to your needs and available to give directions and suggestions to make your stay pleasant and relaxing.

Neighborhood info

ArtHouse is located in the center of Rome, next to the magnificent Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore and just 2 minutes from Termini station, the ideal starting point to move and reach every corner of the city; moreover it is only 300 meters from the multiethnic Piazza Vittorio, also with its own Metro stop. The property is located in a characteristic building from the early 1900s, typical of the Roman bourgeois neighborhoods. It is the ideal place to stay in the Eternal City: in 10 minutes on foot you can reach the heart of ancient Rome, the Forums, the Colosseum, Piazza Venezia and along the way you can admire characteristic buildings, streets and alleys; without going too far, along via Cavour, a staircase leads to the church of San Pietro in Vincoli which houses Michelangelo's Moses; as it is pleasant to walk in the delightful Rione Monti which is characterized by clubs, galleries, artisan shops, vintage shops and the sparkling and pleasant nightlife.
