Scegliere la casa vacanze Casa dolce casa è stata una scelta azzeccatissima! Laura, la proprietaria è stata gentilissima e sempre a disposizione. La casa (che è veramente una casa) ha tutti i confort necessari: riscaldamenti, aria condizionata, l'acqua calda che arriva immediatamente, una cucina completa e comodissima e un soggiorno carino e accogliente. La stanza da letto, infine, col bagno in camera, è spaziosa ed ha il letto molto comodo. Anche la zona in cui la struttura è ubicata è fornitissima di tutto ciò che serve, oltretutto si trova a metà strada tra due fermate metro: veramente comodo.

A bright and cozy apartment located on the fourth floor of a building in the typical Montesacro district, a well connected, green and quiet area. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with shower and the living room is furnished with a sofa bed, a dining table and a TV. In the kitchen you can store your local products in the refrigerator or the freezer, cook them on the stove or in the electric oven and, if you are in for a longer stay, you are free to use our washing machine. Air conditioning available with an extra charge. All the rooms have external access to one of the two balconies. The apartment is perfect for a couple with 2 children, with the possibility of adding an extra bed or cot. Free Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are included.
After working for about 20 years in hotels in the capital with great passion and satisfaction I decided to start a family and enjoy my two pregnancies .With the passage of time I have rated the 'opportunities to capitalize on the' experience and passion for my work with enthusiasm, throwing in this experience !!! Only 600 meters away, at Conca d'Oro station, the Metro B1 will take you to Termini or Tiburtina railway stations in no time, and the connection with Metro A allows you to conveniently reach the city center. By train you are also just 10 minutes away from the University La Sapienza and the Policlinico Umberto I. If you prefer to reach the center while doing some sightseeing on the way, there are numerous bus stops about 100 meters away. Carrefour supermarket open 24/7 at 100 mt., McDonald with free Wi-fi at 100 mt. The area is rich with many non-touristic restaurants. Feel free to ask for advice. You will be also 2 km away from Porta di Roma shopping center and UCI multi-screen cinema (it is the largest shopping center in Italy). Villa Ada, a breathtaking area with woods and outdoor training facilities is also about 2 km away. Nearby you will find many useful services: pharmacies, banks, post office, shops, hairdressers, barber, newsstand, tobacconist, supermarkets, various pizzerias and restaurants and the parish church. Monday and on Wednesday morning there is a typical local market nearby.
