The host was accommodating and gave us a warm welcome treating us to some biscuits and tea. She even showed us her terraza, which has a wonderful view of the city. It would have been nice if we had access to that part anytime during our stay. The host also allowed us to store our luggage after checkout while we had our final stroll around the city.

Really good location. Absolutely no street noise as the windows face inwards and not the street. Place is really well maintained, clean and actually looks even better than the pictures. The host was very nice as well. If your budget allows, go for the bigger room with the view, it's amazing. Cons: Only one. Place is on the 3rd floor and stairs could be an issue for some though it was not a problem for us. There is however a tiny elevator available that we used to get our bags up and down.

Very good location, near the Dell'Academia Museum. Security, Wifi and AC all worked very well in the flat. Although the bathroom was separate from bathroom, it was ours alone. Area was quiet at night.

It felt like we were part of the local atmosphere, and our hostess was very welcoming! Location was only a 10-15 minute walk away from some of the attractions we wanted to see.

Breakfast: No breakfast is offered, but in the central room of the B&B everything is ready to prepare coffee and tea and there was also a bowl of fresh fruit for self-service. Room: From our room we had a wonderful view of the top of the dome of Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. Air-conditioning works very well, which is especially important during the heat periods that are not uncommon in Florence in the summer. Location: The B&B is located in the historical part of Florence, yet away from the zone with the tourist crowds. Extremely quiet location above the narrow streets of the old town. The famous places are within a few minutes walking distance. Numerous small cafes and restaurants nearby.

host was very sweet. location was great and the space was very cute. We had tea every morning. There was no kitchen but we weren’t planning on doing any cooking. perfect spot for us!

This was a lovely place. The room was spacious and clean. It was well appointed and a lovely view of the dome from our window. The only down fall was the lift was non operational so the four story climb was a little much but the climb was worth it. The only other thing was the mattress and box spring were on the floor. This was not a problem for us but if you have mobility issues this may not be the place for you.
