The host, Rosa was wonderful! She took her time explaining all the things to us as it was very different then what we are use to. It was such a neat experience for my American kids to see how a traditional middle class family in Rome would live. We has a few little hiccups and Rosa was very quick to see to our needs. She even gave us post cards at the end of our stay with a picture of the Vatican that show the apartment we stayed in. Very cool little keepsake.
