It's an exquisite, clean, and convenient hotel. The heating worked well. The housekeeper was very friendly and kind, recommending a lot of local food and sharing his comments about them. He also prepared a ton of snacks for us! 😂😂 It felt like we were staying here for a week instead of just two days. Everything is great here. I can’t wait to visit again.

The host Valerio is very helpful and easily reachable. He prepared daily breakfast packs in our room which had a wide variety of pastries, cold cuts, juices, spreadables, fresh milk and butter and chocolates bars! My husband had a dental emergency the day before leaving and Valerio looked around for the closest dentist that could help us, and thanks to him it was immediately solved. So we are very grateful for him. The apartment block is just a 5 min walk away from Termini train station, but its in a very safe and clean area, with lots of good eating options.

This was our first trip to Rome and we can describe it as perfect and butifuly experience. This is especially because of the host, Valerio🤗, the beautiful apartment, the best location. This comodation has absolutily everything one traveller could wish for and we highly recomend to everyone who decide to book it. The real Roman tale.❤️ The neighborhood is vary quiet, the station Terrmini is close, so the visitor can easily navigate through the city. We came home rich by this wonderful experiance and we can definitely say we will visit this beautiful Roman tale again.

From our check in with the friendly and accommodating owner, Valerio, to our departure, we had a great stay. Room was good size and on the top floor of the building (with elevator access), balcony onto the street was a bonus (but not noisy), location near Termini and public transportation was perfect, breakfast we chose (prepared packaged goods in our room) was fine (alternative is to eat at nearby cafe), bed was comfortable, furnishings were quirky and functional and authentic and interesting, bathroom (private, but separate from our room) was good. This is an excellent choice for a soggiorno in Rome.

Room was spacious and beautifully decorated with several antiques. Adjoing bath was very modern and spacious. Staff and manager were fantastic. When we return to Rome we will definitely stay at A Roman Tale B&B again. Breakfast included many choices 😉

Valerio is an exceptional host. He has thought of every detail to ensure the best possible stay. Loved our room with a balcony, everything was clean, we could choose to have a packed breakfast in our room or go down to the Italian breakfast bar down the road and Valerio had left extra snacks in our room… location couldn’t be more convenient if travelling by train; short walk from the main station… everything was perfect
