It includes a small refrigerator, small sofa, three chairs, two small tables, a desk, two bedside tables, a shower and tub! No elevator. It's located across a parking lot from a nice KFC if you need that kind of food. It's also 250 meter from an excellent bakery. We were really pleased with our comfortable visit. As it is on the outskirts of the Reykjavik time is saved by not having to bother with city traffic on leaving to excursions and coming back. It's also convenient that fast food and two supermarkets are next to hotel. We were able to arrange late night check-in and baby cot with short phone call to hotel couple of hours beforehand.
