Very clean and spacious. All appliances and equipment are new and modern and of higher standard. Breakfast around the corner was very good. Vegan options were also available so it was great. The water pressure was great, so taking a bath is very quick, which was a nice bonus. The nespresso machine in the room was also great.

The host was nice and received us very quickly despite us forgetting to call him in advance
We got a better room (apartment) than we booked because there were some refugees in the original one

The room was very spacious, with a double bed, a small table with two chairs, and lots of storage space. The bathroom was lovely - modern with good quality floor and wall tiling, a shower cubicle, sink and toilet. Very good water pressure in the shower. All very clean. Well heated - I travelled in the winter. There was also a mini fridge, microwave oven and kettle in the room. Also, a large flat screen tv.
There was also access to a communal kitchen with a large fridge-freezer and cooking facilities. There is a communal al-fresco eating / socialising / smoking area in the internal yard with lots of seating. It had some quirky seasonal decoration - very European vibes - adding to the atmosphere!
This acommodation is ideal for people travelling on a budget ( as you can cook your own food and save on eating out), but wanting some comfort and privacy.
The landlady was lovely and very acommodating and flexible. I could leave my backpack in the communal area after checking out, to be picked up later.

Absolute lovely apartment, one of the nicest ones we have stayed at our our Central Europe cycling trip. Great location as we walked to all the sights and restaurants / shopping. Bonus for us was the ability to securely store at bikes on the property.

With the basilica looming above it, there's a real sense of history about this town. Very filmic atmosphere. Lovely river frontage and great cycleways and walkways. The town square has its own wishing well fountain a la Trevi.
it's close by train to Budpest and definitely worth a weekend or more stay

Lots of colourful pansies everywhere, a very clean and well kept town with plenty of cafes and bars. Wonderful views over the Danube from the castle at the top of the hill. Well worth a visit as it is less than 2 hours from Budapest on the train.

Esztergom is a charming little town, with pretty streets and a wonderful cathedral to visit. It's easy walking distance everywhere. We ate in the evening in a great restaurant not far from the river called Mediterraneo, which we would thoroughly recommend. There was also a cracking little venue called Sportalsó which had live music on.

The scenery was really nice, but we couldn't get up on the train, which was supposed to get around the town.We wanted to go for a boat trip or something, but it was closed and not many information was around about that. The bus which was taking us into the town was clean and nice, the price wasn't expensive either.I recommend Paddy's,it was perfect, the food excellent, not to expensive and the service also excellent.

You don't need to stay in Esztergom.
You don't need to stay in Esztergom. Just visit the Basilica and Castle and go back. In winter, even on Saturday almost all stores and cafes were closed. We couldn't do anything in cold weather.

The best for me is the Primatial Basilica of the Blessed Virgin Mary Assumed Into Heaven and St Adalbert.
Is easy to go for others cities, they have good connections.
The people don't speak almost nothing of English.
This was our second say in the boutique hotel and this time we got the king room. It is even more beautiful than the queen and that’s saying a lot. The property is renovated to the highest standard and we just didn’t want to leave. It is very centrally located, bus stop is 2 minutes, thermal baths 5 minutes, basilica 15 minutes walk. The breakfast place is a comfortable 3 minutes walk and they give you a very generous alacarte breakfast.
Check-in worked without any problems and the staff was very friendly. The room is located in the centre of Esztergom with many restaurants, shops and ATMs nearby. The accommodation and the beds were comfortable and we had enough space to store our luggage. There is a possibility to use a shared kitchen and community room. Very good value for money!
Fabulous hotel in Esztergom close to a nice sightseeing area (castle with great views over the Danube river)
Giant public pool across the street included in the price (beware it gets very crowded).
Big buffets for breakfast and dinner with great international and local food choices. All included.
Comfortable room with everything you need.
Pannonia Apartment is a charming. very unique apartment. There are 3 apartments in a unique round house in a good location in Esztergom. We were on bikes and there is a good, secure area for bike storage. Communication with the host was very good and questions were answered quickly. Highly recommend.
It was in a great position, right down the hill of the Basilica of Esztergom.
We would have stayed more than one night if we would have known how nice Esztergom is beforehand.
Rooms were nice, and staff was friendly with excellent english, also parking the car in an enclosed hotel area was a plus
Spacious and comfortable, lovely bathroom with separate loo. An excellent breakfast was served in the bistro a short walk away, where we also had dinner the previous evening. The apartment was in the old centre of Esztergom and the Basilica and castle are only a short walk away.
Brand new hotel close to the Basilica and the river, opposite the wellness center. Great interiors design, big room, rich and delicious breakfast, free underground parking. Indeed will come back again both for my business trips or with my family for a weekend.
Free parking in front of the hotel. Very nice and communicative staff. The room was very clean and well equiped. The location is very safe and quiet (on Sunday morning there were two cars on the road). Wi-fi was also ok.
The hotel has a nice small garden. Breakfast is tasty, nothing special, though. The location is okay, a bit far from the city centre, but it is close to other landmarks like castle on the hill. Parking is good.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the room had all the amenities you could ask for. This hotel would be a perfect chain hotel - modern, functional and well decorated.
Tunde was very nice and attentive, location was perfect and the house was very beautiful and cozy. If you would like to explore Esztergom, you will hardly find a nicer place to stay.
Lovely well equipped appartment on a nice old street with plenty restraunts/bars.short walk to everything in Esztergom. The appartment had everything you need for a nice stay
