The best host. She explained everything around the city and we got transportation to the city center twice. Cleanliness is 10/10, everything works perfectly. We would definitely come back here next time. Free parking is availlable.

Our Stay at Ivo Guest House was so Homely. Can't Thank enough our Host JELENA for her Hospitality and caring Nature. The first day of Arrival she kept on guiding us to reach the property and on our Arrival she served us with fresh juice and Ice- creams. It was such a sweet gesture as we reached late and were hungry. We stayed for 6 days and it was like our Home. As a Couple the room was good enough for 2 of us . She was there to help with whatever we needed for. Very neatly kept rooms and Bathrooms with a shared Kitchen.the View from the Balcony of our room was the best and memorable one. There is also a Bus stop just few meters away from the property which was helpful for us .Highly recommended it.

Zeljka was a fabulous host, she collected me from the station, gave me ice cream and juice and talked me through how to get around in Dubrovnik. The view from the apartment is incredible - you can see so much of the city and its very beautiful at sunset. The room was big and bright and clean as was the whole apartment. I really reccomend staying at Zelijka's apartment.

The house is beautiful, clean, spacious, and has beautiful scenery. The hostess was the most pleasant lady I've ever met. She collected us from the bus station, gave us refreshments on arrival, and picked us up on the first night when we got lost. Cannot fault this apartment, 100% would stay here in a heartbeat. Everything catered for Own bathroom, communal kitchen & lounge. What a beautiful house. Nothing was ever too much for the hostess to help us. We did lots of sightseeing by Uber as it worked out cheaper for us than 2 buses. Lots to see, lots to do, even provided beach towels & pancakes before our journey home. Cannot fault this apparent one bit. Thank you so much for your kindness. If you get the chance, go and see the old 7 ruined hotels, with the most amazing beach at kapilar Beach,water is crystal clear. Also a lot of eating places take cash only.

Amazing guest house - great facilities in a cozy apartment, with beautiful views over looking Dubrovnik. Zeljka was such an amazing host, so kind and helpful, always willing to go out of her way to assist you with anything you might need help with. It’s about a 40 minute walk to the old town but there is public transport nearby and it nice to be away from the business of the central part of the city. Definitely recommend staying here for a lovely stay in Dubrovnik!

The property has a real homely feel. The room is bright during the day, and has a very nice view over the harbour. There is a bus stop nearby with a quick connection to the old town. Zeljka is an excellent host.
