Everything! Tomas was such a thoughtful and generous host—from helping us with drop off and pickup to all of the apartment amenities. The apartment was well appointed, spacious, comfortable, and incredibly well located. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and very much hope to return!

A+ location if you want to stay in Old Town (and not too many steps to get there with luggage). The street had numerous dining and drinking options right outside. Our host Tomas was so accommodating and even met us for arrival and helped us organize transport for departure along with carrying our luggage. I loved sitting in the apartment with the windows open and hearing all the sounds of the city. When it was time to sleep, we closed the windows and you couldn't even hear the street noise. The bathroom was also really nice and functionally laid out. Tomas had so many thoughtful details in the room including beach towels, coffee, tea, water and snacks. He also suggested a boat ride to Cavtat, which was a great half day excursion to explore another area, beach, and eat lunch!

The property and owner, Tomas, were brilliant! The location in Dubrovnik's old town was perfect and the apartment was lovely. The level of hospitality that Tomas showed us exceeded our expectations. Not only did he pick us up from the ferry port and help us with our bags to the apartment, he also had the apartment stocked with beverages, fresh fruit, and treats for our arrival. At the end of our stay he helped us with our departure and gave us parting gifts. What an amazing stay! We would definitely come back!!

The room was just what we needed while in Dubrovnik. Centrally located for tours and restaurants. The room was clean and quaint, with special touches including a dark liquor Tomas’s mother makes. We couldn’t recommend this property enough along with Tomas and his warm hospitality. He met us outside the Pile Gate to assist us with our luggage and helping arrange our airport transfer.

The host was thoughtful and arranged our transfer. When we got to the apartment he gifted us with a bottle of his mother licor, chocolates and wine, as well as a great explanation about how to explore the city. The apartment is amazing, clean, well decorated and has AC working in all rooms, which was essential as it was really hot the days we stayed there. The apartment was also equipped with a really nice kitchen, coffee,l and fruits were included, as well as towels and slippers. The beds were comfortable and the size of the apartment was ideal for our group of 5 people. When we were leaving, the host also arranged our transfers, came to help with the bags and gave us a goodbye gift! The location couldn't be better. You are at 1min walk from Pile gate and the main street of Dubrovnik, and considering that is the city of stairs, the apartment access is quite easy (only 1 short staircase up).

Perfect location in Old Town. Had the 2 bedroom apartment. It was very spacious, nicely furnished. updated and clean. Host meet us at the Old Town gate and helped us with our bags and showed us the apartment and gave helpful tips on where to eat. Host also helped when we were leaving. Apartment was stocked with fresh fruit, wine and breakfast starters. Wonderful first visit. Would love to stay here on the next visit.

Beautiful apartment and in central Dubrovnik. spacious, comfortable apartment with air con, fridge and host had left a free minibar. restaurants around the apartment had great food and reasonably priced. short distance from all attractions including beach. the host was amazing picking us up from ferry, taking time to show us the main attractions and giving us tips. Host made himself available throughout our stay if we needed anything and organized transfer to airport. Perfect accommodation, in fantastic location with a wonderful host.
