All linen and towels are provided ready for your arrival. All our apartments are duplex style , this means they are two storey with bedrooms on another level to the living areas. ( not suitable for disabled guests ) We provide for your arrival tea/coffee/milk and the occasional seasonal treats . Our location is in the south of the Isle of Wight , and is so easy to travel around the island either by car or bus . The summer bus stops right outside the property in the summer . During the winter the buses stop in shanklin old village only 3 minutes walk away . These are a direct link to the ferries via shanklin train station .

Many many restaurants along the seafront which is only 1 minutes walk from the apartments . Ice cream palours , mini golf, pubs and sandy beaches all within a very short walking distance. The idyllic old village with thatched cottages is 2 minutes walk also.
