The flat is like the pictures, the location was perfect. We did everything by foot and bike. There are nice shops and bullangeries close by. The flat is simple but excellent for the price. All was easy and the checkin was possible at 11am without extra charging. We were also offered a room to store our luggage after the checkout. Extra tip: There is a Nepal street food next door that is awesome! Im sad I just tried it on our last day there!
