The apartment is as cozy, warm, and clean as advertised. It provided the perfect accommodations my family and I need during our stay. In fact, the apartment and landlord far exceeded all our expectations. Jean-Philippe was very kind and accommodating. We truly felt welcome.

Located on the ground floor of an inner courtyard, this apartment was refurbished and equipped with comfortable furniture (thick mattresses including for the sofa bed that turns into a queen bed 160x200cm), large rain showers, fast optical fiber 1 GB wifi, and everything needed to cook. A professional Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary pods is ready to start each day off right ! For your entertainment, you will find a Marshall bluetooth speaker, as well as a smartTV with 180 channels including a complimentary package of 10 sports channels. And access to Netflix, Prime video, Deezer, Spotify (subscription required). International adapters and USB chargers are available in each room. Please note that there are 2 bathrooms in the apartment (with large rain showers, hair & body washing gel dispensers, sinks, hair dryers, towel racks...), with 1 toilet. The master bedroom is accessible through little stairs, in the basement. It is characteristic of historical parisian buildings with its vaulted roof and stone wall. This large bedroom has a queen size bed (160x200cm), a workplace, and several wardrobes. The little patio with plants in the common courtyard is perfect for smokers (as smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment).
