This place is awesome, it is exactly in the middle of Paris, close to EVERYTHING. Right by Cheteler les Halles train station, that has all connections, where you can get a direct train to Disney and the airport. Believe it or not, you get house keeping everyday. You come "home" to fresh towels and a clean organized room. It is close to an awesome mall Westfield Forum, close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and nightlife, yet in a quiet nook. Kitchen was fully equipped. It had a microwave, kettle coffee machine with plenty of capsules, creamer, sugar, tea and instant coffee packs and the fridge was quite spacious.
