This apartment was completely renovated by the end of September 2016. It is composed by : - a big living room with a pull-out bed for 2, - a small bedroom with 2 bunk beds, - a big bedroom with a double bed, - a kitchen fully equipped with a Nespresso Machine, - a bathroom fully equipped with a shower.

Neighborhood info

This apartment is situated rue Montmartre, a parallel street of Rue Montorgueil which is a street located in both 1st and 2nd districts of Paris. Lined with restaurants, bistrots, cafés, bars, bakeries, stores (fish, cheese shops, wine, fruits and vegetables) shops, rue Montorgueil is one of the famous places in Paris, where Parisians like to have a drink after work. It is surrounded with other nice streets: Rue Etienne Marcel, Rue Tiquetonne, Rue Montmartre… Rue Rambuteau also has many shops, and it extends from the Saint-Eustache Church and Forum Les Halles to the Centre Pompidou and the Marais (Rue Rambuteau becomes Rue des Francs-Bourgeois there). This is a pedestrian area in the heart of Paris where you’ll meet all types of Parisians Bo-bo (for “Bourgeois bohème”) or hipsters. Rue Montorgueil area is a village-cocoon in the busy center of the French capital. Here the heritage of the city has been preserved. Rue Montorgueil means “Mount Pride” and was named after the hilly area on which the street was developed. Historic houses are decorated with elaborate ironwork: go to numbers 17, 23 and 25. Some buildings also feature painted facades.
