The ground floor apartment (I would not call it Villa) was like described, good and tastefully equipped. We have not seen the landlord or his agent neither at check-in nor at check-out, but the description, which we received before, has been very detailed and akurat; so it was no problem to get into the gated area nor the apartment. Parking on a reserved place in front, WiFi very good.
