Everything was great. The hotel was very nice and clean and very close to the beach and the old town of Benidorm.The food was also very nice and tasty. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful respecting the guests and making them feel happy and comfortable during their stay. We had some misunderstanding when making the reservation but thanks to the hotel manager and also the receptionist Jose the everything was fixed in a very kind and professional way.
