Our 18th-century building is been fully renovated in June 2015, respecting our heritage and providing all the comfort of the new construction: free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, comfortable bedding, suites with balconies, safety box, security cameras, large lift, air conditioning, heating, apartments with fully equipped kitchen, and complimentary italian coffee maker, tea and sugar. Happy People team will be pleased to welcome you and offer you a happy and personalized stay. We will be happy to help you book your transfer, visits, tours, tickets,... there is so much to do! PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ACCEPT SAME DAY RESERVATIONS ONLY MADE BEFORE 17:00. IF ALL THE ONLINE CHECK IN PROCESS IS NOT FINISHED BEFORE 20:00 WE CANCEL THE RESERVATION WE WORK WITH DIGITAL KEY SYSTEM WHICH REQUIRES TO PAY AND CHECK IN ONLINE AND DOWNLOAD THE KEY APP. Apartments located in Sagrada Familia district, a very nice area to live. Nearby you’ll find everything you could need: supermarkets, pharmacies, metro, shops, ATMs, bakeries, restaurants, cafes … and just 55 meters from the apartments, the most important monument in Barcelona and third most visited in the world: the Sagrada Familia basilica! Just 15 minutes’ walk from the apartments is Paseo de Gracia, the main shopping street in Barcelona. Walking along Paseo de Gracia you can see fantastic modernist architecture (Casa Batlló, Casa Milà, Casa Lleó-Morera and Casa Ametller). The nearest metro stop to the apartments is “Sagrada Familia” (purple line L2 and blue line L5). With the subway you can visit the city comfortably and get to all Barcelona sights.The tourist hop-on hop-off bus also stops in front of the Sagrada Familia (green line).
