Our amazing renovated downtown apartment, high ceilings, plenty of ventilation and natural light, with a warm and simple touch. This behind the Plaza de Toros in a small low-traffic street, which gives an appreciable tranquility between the popularity of the center in about 15 minutes walk from restaurants, pubs, museums, theaters, etc, you'll enjoy the beach. The floor consists of two bedrooms with their respective beds, double glazed windows and cabinets. The kitchen is equipped (dishes, glasses, pots, microwave, refrigerator, extractor fan, coffee maker, etc.). The bathroom has a sink, tub and bidet. In the courtyard you can comfortably extend clothes and towels on the clothesline plus bicycle, shopping carts etc. In the utility room which is completely independent, there you have the washing machine and furniture to accommodate your clothes. In the living room is the dining room and sofa.
life is too short , try to benefits maximum and always be clean and direct.
The neighbourhood is quiet and traditional although in the city centre. The apartment is behind two emblematic tourist attractions of the city: the Santa Barbara Castle and the bullring, passing by most public bus routes. A 500 meters is the central market and its great commercial activity and entertainment, in addition to the train station (which connects directly with Benidorm, Altea, Denia, etc), 50 meters is the auditorium of the county council and a couple of parks . The beach is just over a kilometer away, more or less 15 minutes walk. Nearby there are call centers, supermarket, pharmacy, shops open 24 hours etc, it is a busy area. The ideal is to move on foot or by bike, the tourist sites are nearby, but if you prefer you can take the bus because most routes pass through the whereabouts of the Plaza de Toros (routes: 01, 03.04 06, 08, 24 and 24N 09,10,13). Around no blue zone pay to park the car, and abound motorcycle parking spaces, either way is parking in front of the auditorium which has some restrictions as scheduling events.
