Very good location, in the heart of Alicante. Near to the shops, everywhere restaurants. Kitchen good equipped, just could be more mugs provided. It is good place for stay as a group comparing to the price. Kitchen table is not stable anymore, few things could be improved (e.g. some furnitures) but there is not too much to complaint considering the location and price. You get what you pay for. We had a good stay there. Elevator available. Housekeeper agreed to provide any help when need as well as deliver towels, paper towels and other things. She was speaking Spanish very fast but I haven't tried to speak to her in English😅 I can recommend this place without any doubts.
