Apartment with a capacity for up to eight people, a great place to spend your holidays in Marbella, staying opposite the sea. This property has three bedrooms and a terrace with side-on sea views. The urbanisation has a pool open in the summer months and a garden area. A very comfortable option for a holiday rental apartment; three bedrooms, lounge with a double sofa bed and the fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need for your stay, including an oven and washing machine. There are two full bathrooms. The terrace is furnished, perfect for enjoying the sunshine. There is air conditioning in the apartment and heating for the colder months. There is also a Wi-Fi connection.

Neighborhood info

It´s situated 15/20 minutes on foot from the Alameda and the historic centre of the city, and is just opposite the bus stop for the city centre. This apartment in Marbella is an excellent choice for families, as well as groups of friends. A car is not necessary, but can be useful to do the shopping and go exploring.
