Spacious and comfortable apartment situated in Marbella for holiday rentals on the front line of El Cable beach. The apartment is modern, well equipped and with great sea views, and is located near the entrance of Marbella, just 15 minutes walk to the Alameda and the old town. The property consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a lounge and an independent kitchen which is fully equipped with all utensils and electrodomestics. From the terrace there are stunning sea views. The swimming pool in the urbanisation is open during the summer season, although the beach is so close you will probably spend the whole day in the sea!

Opposite the building there is a bus stop, or there is easy access by car to the A-7 motorway if you want to go on excursions on the Costa del Sol, or go to play golf.
