Bright and roomy apartment available for holiday rentals in Marbella, right by El Cable beach and with lateral sea views from the terrace. This first floor rental apartment is a great choice for families as well as groups of friends, Cable beach is perfect for children. Marbella is an in-demand destination throughout the year, in the summer months it is recommended to make the reservation well in advance. The maximum capacity is for six people. Consisting of three bedrooms with four single beds, one bunkbed, two bathrooms, lounge, terrace and a kitchen that is well equipped with electrodomestics: this is a spacious and modern property, fitted with air conditioning. The urbanisation has a communal summer swimming pool, green areas and direct access to the beach and the promenade.

Neighborhood info

A 15/20 minute walk will take you to the old town and centre of Marbella. There is a bus stop in front of the urbanisation, but to go on day trips and to get to know the area and province well, it is easier to travel by car. From the complex there is easy access to the A-7 motorway and La Cañada commercial centre.
