VAT will be introduced across the UAE on 1 January 2018. The rate is likely to be 5%. Should there be a change in the date of VAT implementation or in VAT rate, it will be added on guest bill upon departure.

Please note that Index Hotel is a family and a nonalcoholic hotel.

For security reasons, visitors are not allowed inside the guest rooms.

For pre-paid reservations: upon check-in, guests are required to present the credit card used to make the reservation. If the credit card's owner is not the person staying at the hotel, please contact the property in advance to request a third party credit card authorization form.

All guests must show a valid UAE ID or passport upon check-in.

Please inform Index Hotel of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
