I left the hotel at 4:40 am, and it was easy to take a cab at that hour. There was a cab line outside the hotel. The room was spacious and super clean. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I recommend it 100%.

The staff very helpful and resourceful, specially: Don Juan Carlos, Rafael ( both of reservation desk) and Mari ( breakfast area). The room was spacious with a sofa and sitting are. Bathroom clean and spacious. Bed very comfortable. Near metro station, restaurants and bus stops. Has elevator and breakfast was good.

This hotel is linked to the nearby Madrid Barajas Airport by a free shuttle service upon request. It is also convenient for the Juan Carlos I exhibition centre. The breakfast is too good!! Very close to the airport and the staff from driver to the desk were very nice
