On this guided tour, you will explore two of Slovenia’s most popular attractions – a large cave complex and a medieval castle.
You will go to explore the Postojna Cave, a long karst cave system and one of the best-known caves in the world. You will enter with an electric train ride followed by a guided walk through the chambers and passages with spectacular drop stones, rock pillars, and other unique formations.
You will also visit the fairy-tale Predjama Castle, set in the gaping mouth of a cavern. During the excursion, you will learn about the legend of the Slovenian Robin Hood, and stop for local spirits tasting. You will then return.
