On this city highlights tour, you'll get to explore Ljubljana's historic centre. You will travel past Art Nouveau and Baroque buildings, some of which were designed by Jože Plečnik, a famous 20th-century architect. Sights you'll see along the way include the town hall, Robba Fountain and the National and University Library. Your guide will share the city's history as you're led across the Cobblers' Bridge.
Additional stops will be at Congress Square, Križanke Summer Theatre and Prešernov Square. You will also get to see the Triple Bridge and Plečnik's Market on the way. In the final part of the experience, you will take a funicular ride to the hilltop Ljubljana Castle. The castle's ramparts offer wonderful views of the city, and your guide will delight you with stories of its history.
